Strength and HISC Assessment of Subsea Flowloops

The scope of the FEA is to evaluate the design of  Subsea Flowloop as per API 6A and Hydrogen Induced Stress Cracking (HISC) as per DNVGL RP F112.

Key considerations for the flowloop analysis are fabrication tolerance, stack-up tolerance, erosion and corrosion, self weight, pressure and template, frame deflections and external forces. HISC assessment was performed as per Category 2 of DNVGL RP F112.
